National Game Chef Of The Year 2016
The National game chef of the year completion for 2016 was once again hosted by The Cook School, Scotland and Braehead Foods in Kilmarnock in January 2016.
The event brought some of the finest talent from round the UK together in a game-themed cook off to beat any other with the ultimate prize being a once in a lifetime trip to Sweden to hunt wild boar. With some of the finest game provided by Highland Game, Scotland and equipment by CCS Chef supplies, the chefs were all set to produce a starter and main dish in their allotted two hour period.

Richard Skinner was representing Artizian his starter of stuffed saddle of rabbit and main dish of Wood Pigeon wasn’t saw him reach the top 10 in the country for 2016. Congratulations Richard, making the Artizian family very proud indeed!
